A Kenya Mombasa Safari – Two Spectacular Sites You Should Visit

Donatello : séjours authentiques en Europe et en AfriqueAny Kenya Mombasa safari can be enjoyable if you visit the Gedi Ruins and other historic places. Gedi ruins are situated close to Malindi town. They are described as the remains of the Swahili settlement which existed between thirteenth to seventeenth centuries. According to the findings and history, Gedi was a flourishing city with traders from all over the world. By the seventeenth century, according to the history books, the city was abandoned but does not explain the reasons why this happened. Here you will find the remains of the mansions, mosques and cemeteries. It is a very large area which is properly preserved. The Arabuko Sokoke Forest Reserve is yet another tourist attraction site found near the Gedi ruins and Malindi town. Arabuko is a large park which is simply unique. It lacks the big five animals found in other Kenyan parks as well as other smaller carnivores and herbivores. The only thing you can see here are reptiles, snakes, birds and insects.
